• BA or BS degree REQUIRED
• MINIMUM one year of Inside Sales experience—strong OUTBOUND telephone sales
• 3 or more full years of quota-driven retail sales experience
• Professional and polished communication skills
• Competitive, aggressive, and resilient—not afraid and easily discouraged when you are presented with rejections!
• Sales aptitude
• Self-motivated and quick learner
