Nurse - Pediatric Field Supervisor - Home Health

Home Staff, Inc. is  a privately nurse owned company that is experiencing a tremendous growth.  Our patients are both pediatric and adults, many with vents and trachs.

1. Home Staff, Inc. is seeking a full time Field Nurse Supervisor to visit our cases in the home and develop the plan of care for the field staff. 
2. The  supervisor will meet the patients within the service area and do a clinical assessment. 
3. Reviewing and evaluating each case, discussing and verifying impressions, providing instructions and guiding clinicians to promote more effective performance and delivery of quality home care services during operating hours is crucial to this role.

• RN with Illinois Licensure
• Current CPR card
• PALS certified ideal
• At least 3 years pediatric experience in the hospital setting strongly desired
• Excellent communication; both written and verbal skills required.
