With Farmers, you represent the 3rd largest in the nation and manage over $2 Billion in financial services. Farmers has been in business since 1928, helping protect and now build people's assets.

INCOME:
First year "average" earnings $42,000 with top agents earning $80K-100K first year!

The average agent in California makes over $142K with top veteran agents making in excess of $500K!

GETTING STARTED:
Farmers provide a Financial Assistance program for the first two years of more than $60,000 and this is in addition to your commissions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market Farmers insurance products including Auto, Home, Life and Commercial Insurance.
Market financial services including Mutual Funds, IRA's and Variable Life.
Service new and existing clients.

Requirements
  • Entreprenuerial spirit, drive and ambition
  • Successful track record in previous/current field of employment
  • Responsible driving record
  • Good credit history
  • No criminal convictions
  • No bankruptcies within 3 years
  • Previous insurance experience is preferred but not required
  • College education is preferred but not required
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement
