Bilingual Chinese Production Lead

Description
Responsible for monitoring and reporting to On-Site Coordinators the daily attendance of On Time Staffing  associates within the facility.
Verify associates' attendance against daily roster.
Assist with New Associate Check-in's and enrollment into clock.
Reponsible for communicating to On-Site Coordinators any shift shortages, even in replacements are not needed.
Ensure that all timesheets are filled out accurately with job names/numbers and appropriate boxes are checked off.
Perform functions as directed by client supervisors.
Handle emergency health and safety issues as prescribed by OTS Risk Management.
Maintain client relations.
Assist On-Site Coordinators/Client Supervisors in managing temporary staff.
Provide introduction/orientation for new hires.
Handle employee relations and counsel temporary employees when needed.
Exhibit the ability to interact effectively with various types of people.
On-floor coaching of temporary employees regarding quality and safety.
Demonstrate professionalism at all times.
Willingness to work on a production floor is essential.
Successfully achieve positive, concrete results through hard work and perseverance.
Maintain sensitive information in a confidential and discrete manner.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Other duties/projects as assigned by the corporate office.

Requirements Must be a team-player and possess strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have strong customer service skills.
Must have outstanding attendance record.
Must have satisfactory work record, as determined by management.
Must have reliable transportation.
Flexible schedule with mandatory overtime at times (as determined by management).
Must have clear criminal background.
Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
Experience working in a Production/Manufacturing environment is a plus.

***Bilingual Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) speaking and reading skills are a must.
