Certified Nursing Assistant Requirements:

• Must be listed on the North Carolina State Registry as a Certified Nursing Assistant
• Must have dependable transportation

In-Home Aide Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age
• Understand and carry our simple directions and instructions
• Character and former employer references
• Compliance with state and federal employment heatlh regulations
• Attendance at Orientation
• North Carolina valid drivers license
• Background check
• Able to read, write and complete simple math problems
• Able to complete 21 hours of training in first year of employment
