To be successful in the position you must:

·         Have warmth, personality and genuinely enjoy helping others

·         Be hardworking and able to work overtime during busy seasons

·         Have excellent written and oral skills as well as great attention to detail

·         Able to learn financial concepts

·         Be outgoing and confident

·         Be able to accurately type over 20 words per minute

·         Must be comfortable with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
