Job Description 

Due to rapid growth, our client is in search of an account manager to join their customer service team!  This international organization is a leading manufacturer of high-end gourmet food products and ingredients.  As an account manager, you will be responsible for working with internal and external customers to ensure that orders are processed in a timely, accurate manner.

 

Account Manager Responsibilities:

 

  • Handle incoming calls from existing customers
  • Utilize SAP to manage the execution of order generation
  • Ensure order accuracy, pricing compliance and product availability
  • Coordinate appropriate method of order shipment
  • Serve as a liaison to internal sales and production teams
  • Monitor and ensure timely shipment deliveries
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional manner and offer solutions to concerns
 


Job Requirements 

  • Some college experience preferred
  • At least two years of prior customer service / client servicing experience
  • Experience in food / beverage manufacturing highly preferred
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Passion for delivering superior customer service
  • Ability to problem solve and rapidly shift priorities in a fast-paced environment
