Warehouse Manager

This position is responsible for managing the warehouse department including all shipping, receiving and material distribution throughout the plant.
 
Responsiblities:

The Warehouse Manager duties may include the following:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of all warehouse department employees 

• Hiring, developing, directing and evaluating department employees

• Schedule crews, temps and overtime

• Daily interface with all department managers

• Implement warehouse systems and procedures

• Complete all warehouse shipping orders timely and accurately

• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards while improving warehouse reliability, and efficiency

• Implement cost reduction measures

• Coordinate and operate within annual departmental operating budgets and capital planning

• 4-5 Years of Management experience in a high volume print or warehouse setting

• 4-5 Years of experience with warehouse computer systems

• Knowledge of personal computers and computer management information systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)

• College degree preferred but not required

• Excellent management, communication and organizational skills

• Able to meet strict deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.

• Available to work long hours and weekends when needed.
