Currently we are searching for a Helpdesk Analyst for one of our clients in the Danbury CT area. This opportunity is a contracting opportunity with a duration of 2 months plus and a possible opportunity to be extended.
The Helpdesk Analyst's duties are as follows:
- Basic Incident Management Tool Usage
- Support of basic MS Office products
- Email Support
- Basic Dialup and Connectivity Support
- Basic Intel Hardware Support, including laptops; basic printer & peripheral support.
- Follow all documented procedures & policies
- Maintain required Service Desk metrics
- Properly resolves most questions with a high level of efficiency
- Handles the call volume of a normal HD analyst
- Able to learn and grasp new technologies very quickly
- Maintain and use support documentation
