Currently we are searching for a Helpdesk Analyst for one of our clients in the Danbury CT area. This opportunity is a contracting opportunity with a duration of 2 months plus and a possible opportunity to be extended.

The Helpdesk Analyst's duties are as follows:
  • Basic Incident Management Tool Usage
  • Support of basic MS Office products
  • Email Support
  • Basic Dialup and Connectivity Support
  • Basic Intel Hardware Support, including laptops; basic printer & peripheral support.
  • Follow all documented procedures & policies
  • Maintain required Service Desk metrics
  • Properly resolves most questions with a high level of efficiency
  • Handles the call volume of a normal HD analyst
  • Able to learn and grasp new technologies very quickly
  • Maintain and use support documentation
