The Scully Company has a great opportunity for a qualified, motivated Service Technician at the Hamilton Greene Apartment community, located in Mays Landing, NJ

Hamilton Greene is a beautiful garden-style apartment community with over 400 units. Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Answer assigned maintenance calls promptly and thoroughly and follow-up as appropriate.
Tasks may include plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, minor electrical, janitorial, etc.
Prep and make ready apartments for turn and move-in.
Maintain property, grounds and apartments through routine upkeep and proactive maintenance plan.
Communicate regularly with Maintenance Coordinator, Maintenance Superintendent and Community Manager on status of work orders, tickets and projects.
Complete other maintenance duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience in similar work environment.
Comprehensive knowledge in all aspects of maintenance and repair.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and clean driving record.
Own tools and commitment to safety standards required.
Criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening required.
Able to take call on nights and weekends on a rotating basis.
Able to push, pull, lift a minimum of 50 lbs frequently and without assistance.
Able to meet physical demands of position including snow shoveling during inclement weather.
HVAC certification a plus.
