Mailroom Clerk NEEDED!!!
PORTER, TX
Temporary to Hire
Monday-Friday
9:00 am- 6:00 pm (some overtime may be required)
MUST BE WILLING TO SUBMIT TO A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND AND CREDIT CHECK

 

Responsible for all client shipments using various shipping vendors and methods. Over see and act as primary point of cantact for branch office shipping accounts. Will prioritize a packaging schedule, monitor/ track packages in route, address and resolve shipment issues, maintainshipping databases, and reconcile shipment billing.

 


 



Special Skills Required:

 

  • 2 years minimum experience in heavy volume shipping/mailroom
  • 1-2 years experience in customer service
  • Must have experience with one of the following couriers FedEx, UPS, DHL, U.S. Postal Service. 
  • Must have great verbal communication skills
