Legal Summary:
This position will execute contracts, provide advice and training on risk mitigation, determine type of contract required, through standardized contract terms and conditions.
CONTRACT to Perm role
Responsibilities of Legal Includes:
- Establish and monitor standardized contract terms and conditions.
- Liaise with Legal group.
- Establish and monitor risk mitigation strategies for contract terms and conditions.
- Liaise with the Risk Management group.
- Monitor orders placed with service providers that are not under contract.
- Train Procurement Specialists and Category Specialists on negotiating terms and conditions and bidding service commercial terms.
- Liaise with Audit on contract reviews.
- Liaison for contracted services to litigations.
- Support acquisition analysis for contracted services by the acquisition target.
- Consult to management on contracting issues.

Requirements for Legal:
Skills/Competencies:
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes, best practices and tools and technologies including strategic sourcing, market analysis.
- Contracting methodologies, principles of contract law and supplier performance management.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with various disciplines and levels within the organization.
- Ability to influence others through advice and insights.
- Strong networking, interpersonal, leadership and teamwork/collaboration skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong written, verbal and PC skills.
