The new steel and stainless steel facility has been approved by the ThyssenKrupp AG Supervisory Board and is an important part of ThyssenKrupp’s NAFTA growth strategy.

Job Description

Responsible for the spare part and document management.

Owner of the PM system management for an assigned area.

 

Establish parts data and information in SAP and drawing manage-

ment  system.

Optimize maintenance spares spending.

Establish and Manage inventory of mechanical 5S Spares in

HSM.

Establish and maintain technical library for the equipment in the Hot Strip Mill.

 

Create job plans in SAP.

Create job safety plans SAP.

Planning and scheduling spares to support mechanical maintenance activities.

Assist major troubleshooting and repair efforts with spares coordination. Monitor and ensure spare parts availability.

Establish and maintain data in SAP for stocking, tracking, repairing, and replacing spare parts.

Work with SAP to maintain maintenance documentation, input and report from SAP.

Maintain changes to drawings in documentation system.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in inventory management, preferably in a heavy manufacturing environment.

Microsoft Office Proficient

Advanced SAP knowledge

Experience using Word, Excel.

Experience with computerized maintenance management system,

Preferably advanced skills.
