Responsibilities:

Will conduct initial and assessment visits for home care clients in Manhattan.
Full-time / 35-hour work week.

Requirements

NYS licensed Registered Nurse,
Home care experience with knowledge of compliance a plus.
Bi-lingual English / Spanish preferred.

Salary: to $60,000 annually
