Senior Auditor/Audit Supervisor

We are assisting a multi billion dollar organization located in Lincolnshire with a Senior Audit position.

Candidate will be responsible for:
 

-developing and maintaining relationships with outside vendors and internal staff
-developing risk-based work plans and project approaches
-reviewing and evaluating internal controls; making recommendations
-consulting with all levels of management and performing continuous monitoring activities
-preparing and reviewing audit planning documents, audit procedures, and final reports
-interacting with clients for the purpose of analyzing problems, developing alternatives, building consensus, and supporting implementation of solutions
-coordinating and providing external audit
-using project management tools to oversee project progress
-assisting with special assignments as determined by the Director of Internal Audit
-performing sarbanes-oxley controls reviews in a fast-paced environment
-oversee/supervise the work of junior staff

-BS in Accounting or Finance

-CPA required.
-At least three years of experience in a manufacturing/retail and/or public accounting background.
-Must be a team player
-Supervisory experience is a plus
