Description Superior Staffing Innovations is seeking a qualified Lead Person for a well established manufacturer of automotive parts. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, associate training, machine set-up, troubleshooting, quality control and machine operating.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

3-5 Supervisory experience

Strong Mechanical aptitude in a manufacturing environment and basic computer knowledge needed.
Strong attention to detail.
Must be able to multi-task, be self motivated, reliable and willing to work overtime when needed.
