The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented individual who possesses strong communication skills and an outgoing, energetic personality - with a minimum of two years QSR management experience. He/she must demonstrate a high level of integrity, strong (fair minded) leadership skills, solid financial aptitude and familiarity with planning, budgeting and executing for results. This position will start as an Assistant Manager and CAN evolve into a General Manager after successfully completing the Moe’s certification process.
Position Specifics:
- Develop, support and lead the restaurant team with integrity, focus and respect.
- Accountable for sales growth and local store marketing initiatives.
- Maintains highest standards of cleanliness, service and quality with consistent focus on profitability.
- Enthusiastically greets every guest with “Welcome to Moe’s" as they enter the restaurant.
- Interviews and hires competent staff to operate the restaurant based on company standards.
- Schedules sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and accommodate guest flow volumes.
- Smartly control payroll to meet company labor cost standards balanced with service delivery.
- Train the management team and crew using current company training systems.
- Evaluate performance at company designated intervals.
- Design development plans with each employee to improve performance.
- Maintain a harmonious working relationship with owners, management team, and crew.
- Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
- Conduct management, crew and shift meetings as needed to discuss operations procedures, promotions, sales goals, safety, training, etc.
- Maintain an adequate supply of products and supplies necessary to operate the restaurant.
- Control inventory to meet company standards of quality and freshness.
- Maintain reports and records based on company standards and in compliance with regulations.
- Maintain building and equipment using proper operating, cleaning, and preventive
maintenance procedures.
- Responsible for all cash and ensures that cash procedures are adhered to.
- Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism
at ALL times.
- Ensure all sanitation, safety and security policies and procedures are recognized and
enforced to ensure a safe environment for all.
