Job Description 

YTI is helping committed students attain rewarding careers through industry-modeled, student-centered, training and support of the highest caliber. 


This position requires someone with a passion for the medical and administrative industries with a solid background in office management. 

The Program Director:

  • Is responsible for the management of curriculum, faculty, and students 

  • Organizes and leads faculty members in a manner that ensures quality classroom and clinical instruction

  • Administers programs, including the practical nurse program

  • Monitors the learning process and tailors course materials to the levels and needs of individual students, ultimately causing students to develop employable skills leading them to jobs that are commensurate with student ability and employer expectation

  • Reports to the Director of Education
 


Job Requirements 

Qualified candidates will have
  • 5 years of successful leadership and management experience

  • 3 to 5 years of post-secondary classroom teaching experience

  • 3 years experience working as an allied health practitioner

  • Demonstrated effectiveness as an instructor and possess skills in faculty team building

  • Clinically competent in nursing skills, CPR and Phlebotomy

  • Bachelors degree required, nursing degree preferred
