A Bachelors Degree in a technical or physical science field a minimum of five years environmental services industry experience including a minimum of three years in a TSDF compliance management capacity is required. Excellent working knowledge of Federal and State regulations including EPA and DOT.
Compliance Manager Apollo Program
The Apollo Program places Clean Harbors’ employees on customer sites to assist in the oversight and management of their Environmental Health & Safety programs. The successful candidate will provide dedicated regulatory compliance support to Apollo customers ensuring that operations performed under the scope of each program mitigate the risk of non-compliance at the client site. Evaluate extent of scope of service at Apollo Program locations and determine applicable compliance regulations. Establish baseline audit protocol for all new programs, communicate and document scope of compliance parameters for each Program location.
