LEASING CONSULTANT


 

The Scully Company is seeking a motivated, outgoing and reliable Leasing Consultant for Dekalb Apartments located in East Norriton, PA.

Job Description

  • Duties include meeting with prospective residents to show and lease apartments.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries.
  • Process applications and renewals.
  • Community Outreach and Marketing to find new referral sources.
  • Assist current residents with questions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Inform Community Manager of activity through written and verbal communication and reports.
  • Assist Community Manager in other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • 2-3 Years similar work experience within the multi-family housing industry.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • Outstanding customer service, marketing and sales skills a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven reliability, follow-through and attention to detail required.
  • Ability to work independently to meet goals and complete tasks in a timely manner with little supervision.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Internet & email and ability to quickly learn company specific programs and software.
  • Experience with MRI software strongly preferred.
  •  Experience with Max Leases, Call Source, and other multi-family housing software a plus.
  • Pre-employment drug testing and background check required.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and overtime as assigned.
  • Must be able to walk property in various types of weather to show apartments to prospective residents.
