Job Description 


Director of Perioperative Services


San Antonio, TX

My client has been serving the San Antonio area for over 100 years.  They are one of three systems in the city and part of a large network of hospitals throughout the country.  The system prides itself on being on the fore front of technology.  They have also received Healthgrades distinguished Hospital Award.

This particular hospital is a 400 bed facility that is half an adult, acute care facility and half a teaching children's hospital.  They have one of the only Level III NICUs in the area and a Level III trauma center. 





 

Job Requirements 

We are currently looking for a Director of Perioperative Services for this facility.  This position is over the Main OR, Pre-op, Post-op, GI Lab, Sterile Processing and Recovery.  There are at least 3 Nurse Managers reporting to this position. Candidates must have proven leadership and extensive hospital experience.  Must be a licensed RN in Texas (or eligible).
