Growing firm in Skokie, Illinois is looking for a paralegal with corporate and/or real estate background and paralegal program graduate. The law firm is primarily focused in a broad based transactional practice including M&A, real estate, corporate formation, healthcare financial transactions. Ideal candidate should have strong organizational, writing and analytical skills. Paralegal will be assisting 5 attorneys in setting up corporations, preparing closing books and real estate documents, UCC and LLC corporate searches, etc. Compensation will be based on experience, skill and expertise.
