General Description:
An experienced leader who will be responsible for providing clarity on the results of operations and short term projections for the company. The key focus of this position is to drive initiatives which improve the predictability and insight into business results via communication, reporting metrics and periodic reporting, and business process improvement.

Key Focus
  • Provide business management with timely financial information and analysis needed to make financially sound business decisions
  • Provide information to business management on a global basis for analysis of profitability, evaluation of capital investments, working capital, and all financial information needed to assist in management business decisions
  • Provide direction for global team of business operations analysts
  • Provide understanding of US GAAP to business managers where applicable to business results
 


Job Requirements 

Accountabilities
  • Proper accounting and internal control procedures followed for all areas of responsibility.
  • Success in developing subordinates through training, guidance, professional development opportunities and routine evaluations of performance.
  • Reporting of financial operating results in an accurate and timely fashion.
  • Reporting of annual budgets, forecasts and strategic financial plan.
  • Identify opportunities for working capital reduction

Responsibilities
  • Training and development of business analysts.
  • Proper accounting & reporting of business results according to US GAAP. (with external reporting)
  • Accurate & timely reporting of financial operating results and projections
