Account Executive, Telecommunications Equipment, Denver, CO

 

PAETEC (NASDAQ: PAET) is personalizing business communications for medium-sized and large businesses, enterprise organizations and institutions across the United States. We offer a comprehensive suite of voice, data, and IP services, as well as enterprise communications management software, network security solutions, CPE, and managed services. 



Brief Description

  

Sell Avaya, Cisco and Allworx equipment to commercial business.



Specific Duties

 

  • Generating sales revenue for medium to large accounts and directs the account management for sales, technical, service and sales support to attain revenue goals. You will manage an assigned revenue plan. 
  • Remain abreast of changes in this industry, changes within PAETEC and maintain an excellent working knowledge of PAETEC products and how to market them to meet potential customer needs.
  • Approach the marketplace and your responsibilities with energy, enthusiasm, a positive and team-oriented attitude, and a willingness to think, plan, and act strategically and in the best interest of your customers and PAETEC.

 

Qualifications

 

  • This position requires in-depth understanding of telecommunication services/products and network
  • Knowledge of Avaya, Cisco and Allworx product lines is a PLUS!
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and five to seven years in the telecommunications industry to include direct sales account experience, working with large, complex accounts.
