National property management company seeks an experienced Regional Manager. The position is based in Metro Detroit. Primary responsibilities include staff management, resident relations, community appearance, budgeting , and sales.

Requirements ·2-5 years of multi-site, regional management experience; corporate experience is preferred
·Management experience in retail, hospitality, or property management is required
·Excellent leader and manager.
·Strong communication and organizational skills.
·Ability to follow-through on multiple tasks and projects in a timely manner with great attention to detail.
·Possess a passion for exceptional customer service while maintaining fiscal responsibility
·Computer literacy, including Excel and Outlook.
·Ability to be flexible and travel extensively.
·Bachelor’s degree preferred.
