 $90,000+ annualized     +/- depending on experience

Description:

This full time Marketing Manager Role will report to the Senior Marketing Manager. The person in this position needs to be able to hit the ground running and have core marketing communications skills and project management skills, develop communications materials (emails, newsletters, proficient with sharepoint), solve problems, make recommendations and execute solutions. You will have the responsibility of working closely with many marketing disciplines to conceive, define, gain management commitment for, and orchestrate the execution of, breakthrough partner marketing programs in a totally new category. This includes working with cross group teams (events management, PR, branding, digital marketing, product management) to determine requirements to effectively meet the needs of our Partners. The person in the job needs to creatively develop original ideas, approaches and solutions to typical, unusual or difficult situations or problems.

Specific responsibilities include:

Marketing Communications

  • Define creative ways to drive post launch communications to each partner  drive continued interest in the success of the launch with key Partner Executives and employees
  • Write and develop a monthly partner communications letter and work across the team to coordinate key interest news items to share with our partners
  • Develop Partner Marketing Communications materials to be housed on a website for easy reference and accessibility by our partners
  • Support the early stages of the launch materials being produced for customer roll outs.
  • Develop a process to scale this effort for upcoming partner rollouts.
  • Develop communications process and ongoing communications to PAC members  newsletter content, answer PAC enquiries
  • Develop presentation slides and work with key Executive leads on their PAC agenda
  • Assist PR lead, Digital lead, product management on any To Partner communication requirements
  • Synch on a regular basis with cross Partner groups 

 

Project management

  • Project Management of multiple partner launches  managing work backs, timelines, scheduling ongoing check in meetings with internal teams, Partners and work with the partner solutions team as partner deployments/launches occur

  • Partner Advisory Council meetings (Winter and Summer)  planning, event management and coordination with venue logistics
  • Project management with agencies

  • Impressive verbal and written communication skills including the knack for crisply and concisely summarizing key strategies in response to complex scenarios.

     

 



Job Requirements

(DO NOT apply if you do not possess the following)

  • 5-7 years work related experience in a marketing manager role preferred.
  • Strong project management skills required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
  • Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills too.
  • Must have the ability to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects with an optimistic disposition.
  • Marketing experience with high technology products preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft products preferred and must be proficient in PPT., sharepoint and publishing software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, communications or related field.
  • The successful candidate will be highly motivated, creative, entrepreneurial, having worked in a start up environment is a plus and deeply committed to helping build a world-class team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with all primary marketing disciplines required.
