Administrative Coordinator
Oak Park non-profit organization seeks Administrative Coordinator to support
senior management.
The selected candidate must be highly organized, possess quantitative skills with excellent communication and customer service skills. Duties include general administrative support responsibilities with emphasis on managing and updating data base, data entry, data sorts, support of all activities including fund raising and events.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required. Experience with data base management and knowledge of computer technical support is required. 3-5 years administrative experience required.
