Recruiting Manager

Guardian Healthcare Providers is looking for a high energy, knowledgeable, and self motivated person to fulfill the position of Recruiting Manager for the Houston home health therapy division.

Recruiting Manager ensures fulfillment of Guardian's staffing and operational obligations. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Sourcing candidates.
  • Managing the hiring process.
  • Developing and managing client relationships.
  • Collaborate with employees to complete critical daily administrative tasks.
  • Reports to Regional Director
