Description The VP of Sales/Broker’s overall objective is to effectively manage, coordinate and facilitate brokerage compliance laws, regulations, policies, procedures and related issues for the benefit of the company and its clients. 

  • Maintain strong knowledge base of local real estate marketplace
  • Create overall business goals and sales plan for the branch locations
  • Recruit, hire, and train branch employees
  • Manage and oversee daily  activities
  • Analyze and prepare reports
  • Participate in contract negotiations
  • Oversee closing activities
  • Approve cancellation and interact with Legal department as necessary
  • Follow up on agent license expiration and renewal
  • Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
Requirements

 

  • Prior experience as Broker of Record necessary
  • Current Broker's license
  • REO Experience
  • Strong compliance background
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative abilities
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Intermediate MS Office Suite knowledge
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred and 5-7 years experience in the real estate industry as a managing broker
  • Direct training experience of 20 or more preferred
  • Strong computer skills.
