A large and well-established Mechanical Contracting organization is looking for a Mechanical/Plumbing Superintendant who has experience with large commercial plumbing and HVAC construction projects.
Requirements
The Mechanical/Plumbing Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Labor staffing and Productivity
- Compliance with project schedule
- Material organization and cost control
- Coordination of major equipment delivery
- On-site subcontractor coordination
- Interface with purchasing, drafting, and fabrication departments
