Manufacturing company In Chula Vista searching for experienced individual in CNC repair; competent in troubleshooting Mori Seiki, and Cincinnati Milacron machining centers and Okuma lathes; working knowledge of Pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical and high speed precision equipment, including manual mills, lathes, presses and welding machines; knowledge of PLC, Allen Bradley, Fanuc and Cincinnati Controllers. Candidates must meet these requirements to be considered.
Will maintain and repair all plant equipment; maintaining, wiring, and support all types of CNC equipment. Must know how to read, interpret blue prints, electrical codes, high and low voltages. Possess a thorough knowledge of all aspects of industrial equipment maintenance; proficient in the evaluation, diagnosis, and repair of equipment malfunction.
Promptly respond to maintenance requests concerning equipment breakdowns. Keep accurate maintenance records.
Requirements
Minimum of 10-15 years mechanical maintenance. Strong communication, teamwork skills.
Ability to take work direction and complete tasks in an organized and timely manner with minimal supervision.
Follow all required safety guidelines and utilize the proper personal protective equipment.
Experience with laser and waterjet a plus.
