Inside Sales Representative / Customer Service

Wassco, Inc., an international electronics tool distributor located in Poway CA, has been serving the electronics world for 44 years. Currently we have openings for enthusiastic recent graduate or entry level personnel to join our fast paced in-bound call center team. The ideal sales candidates will possess the following skills:

-          Detail oriented, highly motivated, self-starter

-          Prior phone experience with a customer focused background

-          Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

-          Refined inter-personal and multi-tasking abilities that allow for a smooth call transition

-          Strong organizational skills

-          Proficiency in  Microsoft Office products

Duties include the following:

-          Inbound call acceptance

-          Quote and Order entry

-          Daily interaction with both our outbound and outside sales force

-          Respond to all inbound customer requests and inquiries

Ideal candidates will have a college degree and/or 1-3 years of equivalent customer service – inside sales experience but entry level positions are available. Spanish speaker a plus.
