Essential Functions:
• Full cycle recruiting for nurse and allied healthcare positions
• Creative sourcing and recruiting techniques to fill specialized positions
• Responsible for the coordination of sourcing, interviewing and hiring at all levels.
• Meeting regularly with management to assess current and future recruitment needs.
• Help develop and coordinate the recruitment strategy for geographic regions utilizing web  networking and sourcing, community career fairs and campus recruiting events.
• Develop and coordinate recruitment activities with external professional recruitment agencies.
• Conduct phone screens and provide detailed information on candidates to hiring managers.
• Prepare offer letters for candidates.
• Verify references and background information on candidates such as licenses, education, and criminal.
• Coordinate the movement of employees/ applicants across the United States.
Requirements Education and Experience Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• PHR or SPHR certificate a plus.
• 2-5 years of progressive healthcare recruiting for nurses and allied health professionals experience needed
• 2+ years of recruitment in a multi-state organization needed
• Experience in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Proven ability to provide a high level of internal customer service for a diverse management group
• Excellent time management, negotiation, organizational skills, computer skills, multi task/project management skills along with strong leadership skills desired.
• Presentation, coaching and training experience helpful.
• 10 - 20% travel required.
• Experience working in large multi-state, organization highly desirable.
