Description Leading printer of heatset retail advertising is seeking an experienced Second Press Operator.

The successful candidate will work in conjunction with our pressroom team to produce the highest level of quality printed product. Will consult directly with first press operator to ensure client objectives are satisfied. Will utilize our business management system to perform administrative duties on a daily schedule.

Additionally candidate will perform the following tasks:

Prepare Heatset press for production.
Coordinate jobs with scheduler and prepress.
Handle most maintenance of press.
Produce and verify color accurate printing.
Supervise press crew.
Maintain press log of maintenance issues.
Perform other duties as assigned, and/or required.
Ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Position includes the following benefits:

Full time positions available, Hiring for 2nd shift.

Requirements This is a production job in a fast paced heatset web press environment requiring strong communication and execution skills and the ability to effectively supervise others.

Candidate must be able to demonstrate the following skills:

Must be able to lift reasonable amount of weight, drive fork lift, and have basic computer literacy.

Drug screening required.

3 yrs experience minimum on Heatset Web Press.

Salary based on experience plus shift bonus up to $1.50/hr.
