Job Description

A large test reference laboratory located in Brentwood, TN is looking for  Research Technologists to work in their Oncology department. These are temporary to permanent positions.

 

Technologists $17-$20.50\hr.

Hours: 8 a-4:30 p, M-F

 

Sr. Technologists (4-8 yrs. exp.)  $23-25.50\hr.  
Hrs. 10:30p - 7am, M-F

Essential Duties: 

 

  • Performs test and analysis according to established procedures
  • Process specimens to perform/modify RNA and DNA bases on various forms of cancer including leukemia and lymphoma.
  • Perform PCR-based methodology for the diagnosis of various forms for human deceases

Job Requirements

  • Must have a Medical Technologist degree or equivalent license
  • Must have 1.5+ yrs. experience working in a clinical laboratory
  • Sr. level technologist MUST have 3-5 yrs. exp. working in a leadership role in a clinical research setting
