Innovative and exciting publishing company is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team at their Midtown Manhattan office. The ideal candidate with be someone who enjoys working within a team environment; however can thrive and succeed as an individual employee. This company provides excellant hands on training for all of their employees. As a Senior Accountant you will be responsible for such functions as: financial statement preparation, account analysis, and general and specific project auditing. The ideal candidate will have excellant communication skills, the desire to learn and grow within the accounting field, and the motivation to succeed. This position requires 3+ years experience a 4 year degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. Some exposure to Hyperion accounting software is preferred, as well experience with Microsoft Excel.
