This visible position will be an integral part of the orientation process, in-servicing educational process, and will partner with the Director of Nursing Services regarding long-term goals for staff.

Leadership Mentoring Program - the person in this position is eligible for our Leadership Mentoring Program.

Job Requirements

Candidates must have:

 

  • a current RN license in the state of Connecticut
  • at least 3 years experience in geriatric nursing and one year Nursing Administration. IV and CPR certification a must. Infection Control and Staff Development experience required.
