We are seeking an Administration - Contract Specialist to complete office applications and general clerical work in dealing with our vendor, ADT Home Security.

Your Opportunity
Your primary goals will include but not be limited to:
- Review and prepare contracts completed to submit to vendor for funding
- Prepare and follow up on contracts for Canadian credit checks
- Prepare and follow up on contracts for dealer disputes
- Prepare and follow up on contracts for customer account movers
- Prepare and follow up on contracts for absentee customers
- Verbally communicate with vendor's Dealer Support
- Communicate with technicians regarding paperwork
- Maintain follow up process for pending paperwork
- Back up answer phones for sales department (pre-screen calls)
- Update customer files as necessary
Skill Sets Needed To Be Successful:
Typing 50+ WPM with no errors, Pays close attention to detail, Ability to proofread accurately, Legible Handwriting, Ability to multi-task, Organized, Ability to work efficiently, Problem solving skills, great written communication skills, great verbal communication skills, and Microsoft office skills
Requirements
Administration - Contract Specialist
Candidates must have minimum of 4 years experience of Full- Time administrative and clerical responsibilities.
