Position Overview 

River Ridge, a 337 site manufactured home community, is seeking an individual to assist the Community Manager with our Lease-to-Purchase Program. The selected candidate will
     handle:

    *resident satisfaction
    *residents wishing to renew their home leases or purchase their home
    *customer service issues related to leased homes
    *service/cost management
    *resident retention promotions


Criteria success factors

    *Tendrás  que tener documentación de ventas y excelente técnica de servicio para el cliente

    *Tendrás  que evaluar precisos problemas de los residentes, responder rápido y proveer un servicio excepcional

    *Tendrás  que tener la habilidad de terminar contratos de alquiler al igual que otros documentos necesarios

    *Tendrás  que tener técnica competente en computación

 


Job Requirements 

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED. Minimum two years customer service/ sales/ leasing experience in a retail, real estate or multi-unit/multi-site rental property environment.  Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
