Receptionist
Work hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Receptionist will perform all reception area duties such as receiving incoming calls, taking messages, accepting deliveries, and greeting visitors. (Greets visitors, vendors, customers, job applicants, and other visitors in a courteous manner and ensures that they all sign in and are escorted to the proper office.) Receptionist will perform a variety of general office functions including filing, clerical tasks, mail handling, meeting reservations and catering set up while working together with the Director of Business Operation and Office Manager to accomplish team goals.
