Job Description

The Patient Rep will receive incoming patient calls and personal visits patients or families regarding billing questions, information, or complaints. Will appropriately review patients accounts and satisfactorily assress issues or refer inquiry to the appriopate supervisor.

Job Requirements

Must have Medical Billing experience.

Must have Customer Service Exp.

Good data entry skills.
