Job Description

Network Engineer 

The Network Engineer will be working with Cisco routers and switches.  Management of internal networks, troubleshooting of network issues and monitoring network security will all be part of your daily responsibilities. 

 

Part of the Network Engineering role will be configuration and implementation or firewalls and optimizing site to site and user VPN connections as well as remote T1 connections.  LAN/WAN experience is a must. Good communication skills are vital because you will be handling all internal issues and working with vendors to resolve connectivity issues.

 

 

 

 


Job Requirements

Requirements:

 

4+ years of working experience in a similar role

Hands on experience configuring routers and switches

Solid experience with VPN connectivity and working with remote connections

Solid firewall implementation experience, particularly Cisco PIX/ASA

CCNA or CCNP is preferred but not required

Bachelors Degree is a must
