Assistant Director of Admissions

Each day the admissions team works to redefine education and redefine the futures of hundreds of prospective students.
ComputerTraining.edu, a growing, dynamic company with plans to double its campuses in the next five years is now accepting applications for Assistant Directors of Admission to work in our Newark, Delaware campus. Our Assistant Directors of Admissions are responsible for contacting prospective students who have visited ComputerTraining.edu to take a pre-qualification exam. Working closely with our Directors of Admissions in our 25 Microsoft Partner campuses across the North East and Mid-West, the Assistant Director works to guide, motivate, screen, interview and schedule prospective students for on-campus visits.
Duties include contacting pre-qualified students via phone/ e mail, proper handling of incoming calls, appointment setting, consultations with prospective students and solid customer follow up. Our compensation package includes a base salary of $36,000, plus bonus plan and benefits.

- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Demonstrated success in working with people of all levels and backgrounds
- 2-5 years of previous customer service experience via phone and in-person
- 4 year college degree preferred but not required
