Description Major fast paced tier 1 manufacturer has an opportunity for a Quality Manager at their facility in northeast Texas. This sunbelt opportunity is in a high volume precision machining and assembly operation that utilizes lean. The selected candidate will manage others in the quality area.

Requirements - bachelor degree is required with a preference for it being in an engineering area

- must have tier 1 automotive experience

- need significant automotive quality management experience

- must have lean experience with TPS ( Toyota Production Systems ). Other versions of this such as FPS ( Ford Production Systems ) could also work.

- need also experience with the precision machining process

- very good communication skills are also important

- a measureable track record of success as a Quality Manager needs to be in the background
