Ensures that the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently by getting patients seen in a timely manner for their LED treatments, their on-treatment visits, and the physician visits. Communicates between patients and the nurses/PA. Strives to deliver compassionate care to all patients. Assists the physicians and/or PA by taking the patients vital signs, entering orders and patient information into the electronic medical record. Answers and triages phone calls as needed.                                                                                                                    

Job Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent Phlebotomy Skills a must
  • MA certification
  • Two years patient care experience desired
  • CPR certification
  • Computer and typing skills desirable
  • Experience with electronic medical records a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills, effective oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail, ability to handle multiple priorities, flexible, reliable, and self-motivated
