Description POSITION IS FOR A FULL TIME CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR. FIVE YEARS MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. THE TYPE OF WORK PERFORMED BY THE COMPANY IS BOTH PUBLIC AND PRIVATE, EXPERIENCE WITH NYSDOT AND OTHER PUBLIC AGENCIES IS PREFERRED.

SOME PROJECT MANAGEMENT TASKS WILL NEED TO BE PERFORMED ALONG WITH OCCASIONAL SITE VISITS AND MINOR SURVEY WORK.

FULL BENEFITS ARE PROVIDED AFTER A BRIEF WAITING PERIOD. ALL BENEFITS ARE 100% COMPANY FUNDED. EMPLOYEES ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE THEIR OWN TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE OFFICE. SALARY RANGE TO BE $40k - $80k BASED ON EXPERIENCE PLUS FULL BENEFIT PACKAGE AND 401K PLAN WITH COMPANY MATCH

Requirements STRONG COMPUTER SKILLS ESSENTIAL. KNOWLEDGE OF AUTOCAD AND ESTIMATING SOFTWARE IS ADVANTAGEOUS. STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS WITH CLIENTS AND CO-WORKERS IS ESSENTIAL
