RESTAURANT MANAGERS AND ASSISTANT MANAGERS



Exciting Restaurant Manager opportunities with well-known, full service concept.



We are currently searching for experienced, dedicated managers to join FOH teams in 3 different locations with opportunity for growth. This company has been growing when most are not.



DUTIES: Duties may include but are not limited to the following:
- Accountable to provide outstanding Guest satisfaction
- Strong understanding for maximizing sales and profit
- Motivate staff members through consistent and continual development.
- Proven results of employee development
- Responsible for assisting local marketing of restaurant with entrepreneurial leadership.
- Varied and steady regular customer base
- Strong understanding of BOH operations and food quality
- Utilize and maximize method of operations
- Well-rounded on financial aspects of the restaurant industry including; bar cost, food cost, smallwares, labor and turnover with proven results
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work hard and most important, HAVE FUN!

REQUIREMENTS: A professional, multi-task oriented, organized, courageous leader who possesses dynamic verbal and written communications skills. Restaurant management experience required.

SALARY: Salary is competitive and will be based on experience.
