 Outreach Director

  • Lead efforts to build and maintain constituency in targeted regions with specific goals for membership
  • Serve as a primary contact and liaison, documenting stories from supporters statewide and creating ways to use those stories to help support organization's mission
  • Represent organization and/or secure volunteer representation at events and meetings
  • Recruit attendees and coordinate volunteers for events and special projects
  • Oversee accuracy of constituency database
  • Develop content and ideas for outreach communications, including informational updates, general correspondence, and monthly blog posts

 

 

Requirements Degreed individual with at least 2 years experience in outreach, sales, volunteer coordination or similar field, preferably within nonprofit or public policy sector.  Must have strong communication and organizational skills and ability to travel in-state.
