Description

The Production Manager reports to the Branch Manager. He/she is responsible for the management of yard & production operations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Managing a safe and cost efficient yard operation and production lines for refurbishing concrete forms
Plan, implement and monitor production schedules
Closely monitor payroll expenses (time cards, overtime hours and production costs)
Oversee and execute physical inventory counts
Manage production facility tools, equipment, machinery, vehicles (including preventive maintenance programs)
Trains Yard employees in product knowledge, form cleaning and refurbishing

Requirements

Candidates must possess:

5+ years of management experience in a comparable position within the concrete construction industry required

Excellent communication skills (bilingual Spanish preferred)

High school diploma
