Environmental Project Manager - CEQA / NEPA Compliance / Documentation

Sequence is currently seeking a Senior Environmental Project Manager / CEQA Specialist who will have the responsibilities of providing project management and technical direction to a portfolio of CEQA / NEPA compliance projects throughout the state of California.

Candidates should have 5+ years experience working as a Senior Project Manager overseeing the development of regulatory compliance documentation. This would include providing project management and technical guidance in the design, writing, and development of the overall project documentation; this would include all reports, budgets, schedules and scopes of work, training and client relations. Must have at least one area of technical expertise (water, land, energy, transportation, etc..) and have the skills and knowledge to direct a wide variety of technical experts.

Requires a degree in Environmental Planning, Biology, Ecology, Natural Resources or related discipline. Must have Exceptional project management, staff mentoring and written / verbal communication abilities. Candidates with previous utility entitlements experience will be given priority to consideration.
